Our core purpose is to enrich lives with the extraordinary by connecting design lovers across the globe. Pavilion is an e-commerce marketplace for furniture, art, jewelry, and fashion. We hand-pick the best dealers in the world who list their vintage and artisan-made pieces on our site for people everywhere to shop.

Where We Work

Our people are important to us, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere is our top priority. Pavilion’s Flex First policy allows individual teams to set the guidelines for when employees need to work, collaborate, meet, or be present in a physical office. Employees are welcome at our New York and Wyboston offices, where we offer snacks and host social meetups, while remote employees can join a variety of events that help build a sense of connection.
